Buyers Pre-purchase InspectionAverage inspection time 3 – 3.5 hours. Fee $250-600 depending on square footage, HVAC, and location. Most homes average $300-$325. The pre-purchase inspection is normally conducted for the home buyer and is completed within the time frame indicated on the real estate contract (usually either 5 or 10 days). This inspection meets and/or exceeds the inspection standards of the state of Illinois standards of practice and ASHI (American Society Of Home Inspectors) ( www.ashi.org ) standards of practice. square footage, HVAC, and location. • Foundation Condreay & Associates encourages you to be in full communication with your builder while your home is being built. Our construction inspections detect and repair problems that may be difficult to identify once the house is complete. We would be happy to arrange a meeting at your construction site to discuss our services. Many builders welcome us at job sites. Remember, they’re also working for you. Condreay & Associates notes any deficiencies and presented to you by the next business day. Deficiency reports can be e-mailed or faxed to you and the builder, if you prefer. We re-inspect the home to ensure deficiencies have been corrected at no additional cost to you. A Home Safety Inspection is a quick look at the home This
inspection focuses on issues like electrical, smoke detector, carbon monoxide,
gas leak, elevated deck and balcony construction and condition. This
inspection also includes a very brief look at structural components. This is
not a standard visual inspection that meets State of Illinois and ASHI
standards of practice for a home inspection. However, this inspection does
focus on the safety aspects of the home.

We will prepare a list of outstanding deficiencies for you to review and handle with your builder prior to your warranty expiration. This service is customized to meet the individual needs of the client. Please call and we will work with you to meet your inspection needs Back to TopBank Draw(Inspection time and fee varies depending on client’s needs) This service is provided for banks and financial intuitions and in conducted on new construction home when funds are requested at completion of different phases of the project. This service provides the bank/financial institution with necessary information to approve the issuance of construction funds. Information including construction progress, site appearance, photo’s, and any additional requested information is provided to the client. Back to TopRadon - Additional Info on RadonRadon – Fee: varies depending on site conditions Usually around $175.00 This service is completed by one of our licensed and highly knowledgeable professionals. Fee:$80.00 - $100.00) Farmers Insurance offers a discount on home owners insurance. This service provides Farmers with the information needed to provide the discount.
